Very deceptive advertising. Sending things you don't ask for. Saying it's "risk free". Ad says 30 day trial very tiny fine print say 14 days.
I ordered a supposed risk free trial of *** for a supposed reduced shipping of $4.95. Ordered on 1/4/19. Did not received order until 1/11/19. Normal trials begin when you receive the product not when you order them. 1/2 of the trial period was over before the product was even received. That's a low rent move on the company's part. The product upset my stomach and I was advised by my doctor not to take it. I tried calling the provided number the weekend of 1/19/19 and 1/20/19 and number didn't seem to be valid as with numerous calls it was always busy. Thinking I was well within my trial period I emailed and cancelled on 1/21/19. Which ironically if going by the order date of 1/4/19 was a mere 72 hours after the date. Then I receive my credit card bill and expect to see the shipping charges but immediately on 1/18/19 they've charged me $79.95 for the Garcina and another charge on 1/19/19 of $69.97 for Forskolin which I never asked for. I have to give the very deceitful company credit for their slick, not entirely true, and yet not completely false advertisement. What a scummy way to bilk people out of money. I don't think 72 hours should cost me $149.92 when a. the contact number given wouldn't work and b. the delivery time of the product cut 1/2 of the trial time because starting the trial the day the product is ordered knowing it'll take at least a week to ship is a *** move. It's not like I waited forever, used all the product then tried to cancel it. Come on, I'm not the one being dishonest here TrimGenesis is. I want my $149.92 refunded. TrimGenesis knows it's the right thing to do because after reading up on this they've done the same thing to many people. Also, after researching finding another contact number I spoke to a "customer service" representative and all I can say is they definitely need more training in the "service" portion of the job.

With no clear indication that the trial starts the date of order and my cancellation was only 72 hours past that time my $79.95 for the "risk free trial" product should be refunded along with my $69.97 for a product I never even requested. So I want a refund of $149.92 and I think they should be required to say the trial starts when you order and that it's an automatic ship product in VERY LARGE PRINT. Man up TrimGenesis. You know what you're doing to people.

They withdrew an additional $79.95 from my 15 yo daughter's account without her knowledge.
My 15yo daughter ordered their product for $9.95 with an account she just opened weeks prior. This was her first online purchase with her card. Over the weekend, she sees a pending withdrawal for $79.95 from this company to which she never consented. The number on the statement isn't a valid number and I had to do some internet research in order to find out who this is. I called the company to ask for a refund and the lady (id#***, who could not speak clear English) was very rude and said no they would not and continued to try and sell me product at a discounted rate?! I was trying to understand her and she was getting upset because I told her I didn't understand. She was asking me what I wanted to do and I kept asking for a refund. Then she just started ignoring my questions and asked me if I wanted to continue with the product. I told them their tactics are ridiculous and hung up. I called back hoping to speak to another representative and got agent id#***, and I explained that my 15yo daughter ordered this and her response is,"I don't know if she really ordered it and we aren't going to do anything further." I got angry and told them their business was a scam and would report it to the Revdex.com and FTC, as well as my daughter with her bank. After I hung up on the 2nd lady, I received an immediate call back from a 513 area code that I didn't know who it was and when I answered, they hung up. I called back and it says it isn't an active number??? All my daughter wants is her money back. Unfortunately, we have to do all of this to get these scammers checked. I've read previous complaints and they are all the same that myself and daughter have experienced. The name shows TrimOrganix but it isn't even a valid company name. Through research, it is TrimGeneis apparently. They can't even be honest with their name. My daughter has since closed that debit card to stop future attempts. I am asking for a full refund on behalf of my daughter since she is underage.

Free trail offer automatic extension, it was not wanted.
I responded to a free offer, pay shipping only, for Garcinia Cambogia and Forskolin Extract. No valid contact information was provided on internet or on free product ordered, and cancellation efforts were unsuccessful. Product was sent back a couple of months and was returned to us by mail carrier. I did not notice any of the promised results while using the free sample and did not use or wish to receive any more products after the free sample was used. I continue to receive both products and get billed monthly $84.90 and the only contact info on bill is a bad phone number 8887270471. The other phone number provided, 8885370584, when dialed, results in Verizon saying it is not valid. The website provides no valid email response direct to Trimgenesis. The bottles show an email address of try@trimgenesis only references the bad phone number XXXXXXXXXX. The address on the bottles show Greenwood Village, Colorado 80110. Some packages have return addresses of Orlando and St. Petersburg, Florida.

To satisfy my complaint: I need an address that I can send 6 months worth of products back, I need to made whole on 6 months of credit card charges of $84.90, I need a contact number or email address in which I can ensure this order is cancelled and no further charges are made to my account.

There is no way to get in contact with this business to cancel a subscription. The phone number is a busy signal and emails are not responded to.
On February 6th I contacted the company at the e-mail address that was listed on the invoice ***@trytrimgenesis.com since that was the only contact information available and indicated that I would be moving from my current address and would like to cancel my order. I received an e-mail back stating that I needed to contact their phone number at 888-537-0584 to verify account information before the cancellation could be processed. I have been calling the phone number every day, sometimes up to 30 times a day since I received the response on February 6th and the phone number is busy at all times during the day and night. I have since contacted the company again via e-mail at both the ***@trytrimgenesis.com and ***@trytrimgenesis.com addresses explaining that their phone number is busy and asking if someone could please contact me directly since there appears to be no way to contact them to process my request. I have not received a response to my e-mail or a phone call from the company. I have found other contact numbers that might be for the company on the Revdex.com website and all of them either have busy signals or the company receiving the call does not have me listed as a customer. The rep I spoke to at 888-296-7890 this morning said that they handle many products and I might not have signed up for any that they represent and he cannot locate me in the system so he could not help me. I am still without resolution and I will no longer be at the address that I am receiving the subscription at the end of this month.

Both Products Garcina and Forskolin from Trim Genesis out of Colorado made me violently ill.
I purchased these products in December of 2017. I became very ill shortly after this. By this time Trim Genesis had already sent out 2 more bottles that I have not opened and billed my credit card for 339.72. I have called then twice and emailed them 10 different emails regarding my money being refunded for the very unhealthy products. It has been since March 5th and still no refund. Agent 096 on March 5th, 2018 at 1:08 pm that my money would be refunded for 169.86. I told this agent that that was unacceptable and that the full product needed to be refunded. She then sent me 3 email confirmations on for 42.45, one for 42.48 and then one for 39.99 she said this was all that she could do and that there was not a Supervisor that I could talk to. I told her I wanted an address where to return these products all 4 bottles, she said she could not give me an address and that my refund would be credited to my account in 4-7 business days. Still no money. Then on March 16th at 1:55pm I spoke to another Agent who would not give a name or agent number he called me in regards to the several emails that I had sent to Trim Genesis. He said that he was sorry for the run around and the best he could do was refund 249.82 out of 339.72 for the 4 bottles. That was 13 days ago he as well said it would be credited back to my account in 4-7 business days. Still Nothing! I am very upset. I missed work from being ill from trying the products and could not leave my home for several days because the product made it impossible to keep any food in my body, I was becoming very weak. I am a Surgical Assistant and a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist. I want JUSTICE served. I want the total of monies that Trim Genesis extracted from my bank account returned immediately! Trim Genesis is a terrible, dishonest, and corrupt company and they should be shut down. If you need proof of those refund confirmations I can provide those upon request. Please save others from this horrible nightmare experience!

I want my refund of 339.72 for all 4 Bottles. 84.90, 84.90, 84.96, 84.96= 339.72. Two Gracina Cambogia and Two Garcina Forskolin Two I only opened to try very little missing from those bottles and the other two still have the seal on them in their shipping bags sent from two different addresses- one in Orlando, FL and the other from St. Petersburg, FL

Very Upset Consumer!

I made a purchase from this company in November for a "free" trial offer where I only had to pay for shipping. I received my order and was only charged for the shipping. In December they charged my credit card again for a full order minus the shipping I had already paid for ($79.98) which I never asked for and never received. In January 2018 they charged me for another full order plus shipping ($89.90) and sent me another shipment. I never asked for it and I wasn't expecting it. At that point, I didn't even realize they had charged my credit card in December and January. But when I received the shipment this week I looked an saw both charges. I called the merchant to request a refund, but I was told that it was a recurring subscription that I had 2 weeks to cancel and hadn't. I had absolutely no knowledg e of any recurring subscription or deadline to cancel. They told me they wouldn't refund me but they would cancel any additional shipments. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges, but they told me that since I had canceled AFTER the second and third shipments, there was nothing they could do. They encouraged me to call the merchant back to request a refund and threaten to report them to the Revdex.com, so I did.

They offered to give me a 30% refund and I declined. So they offered to give me a 50% refund and I told them I wanted 100%. They offered to give me 75% and I accepted. It was better than nothing, but I still wanted to report the situation. *** XXXXXXXXXX ***@gmail.com

We also attempted to charge $79.98 for the Forskolin but the charge was declined and subscription for that product was cancelled. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect for the Garcinia product. The following month on 01/10/2018 the customer was charged $84.90 for a new shipment of Garcinia.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/19/2018 and requested for their subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Later on 01/19/2017 the customer requested refunds so we provided a 75% refund for each order: $63.97 and $59.98. However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refunds for the charge on 12/10/2017 and 01/10/2018 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Their accounting of what transpired is not accurate. I had no idea I was signing up for a recurring subscription and they were rude to me when I called the first time. They said they would not give me a refund and that my credit card company wouldn't dispute the charge since my "recurring subscription" hadn't ever been canceled. They know what they are doing and they're trying to rip people off.
I have received a call from them to let me know that they will refund the remainder of my money. But I have no doubt that they will keep ripping people off.

Purchased a Trial for TrimGenesis on 8/21/17. Terms and condition were present and signed them and purchased my trial.Upon receiving and trying for a few days - not knowing if the product was going to work after just trying for a few days, I never received a follow up email after purchasing it with terms and condition, website, product information, etc.About a month and a half later, I received another package confused not knowing how I was getting another package. About a month and a half later, received another package. Now concerned and upset I started looking for information for the product or Business it came from. I emailed a Customer Support phone number AND email. So, thinking they could handle my request. I emailed my request of cancellation in with order number and said, upon not authorizing payment. I do understand the terms and agreement were BEFORE purchasing item, but I did not receive the terms and agreement via email, nor was there any indication of printing, I should have every right to receive my refund, at LEAST back dated to my request via email as Customer Support email address was available. I was never informed of the delivery for each product or if/when a payment was being taken from my account. A billing cycle was NEVER presented to me. Email was sent on 11/10/17, again, with request to cancel with order number present: Order #: XXXXXXXX. When calling in today 12/8/17 giving explanation and the concern of my right of not having proper communication , information of the business, terms and condition rightfully handy, I requested a refund. I was told another payment was taken on 12/4/17 and there was no way for them to stop the package OR refund me fully. They only suggested and granted a 50% refund for the last shipment.

I am requesting for myself to return the 2 bottles that I already have and the one that will be arriving any day - all completely not opened - and get a refund. I appreciate the time you took to review my complaint and grant me my partial wish of what I wanted in return. I still feel strongly about my concern as there was no way to review the Terms and conditions and an email address should not be present to contact about questions or concerns if you can not grant in full a cancellation request.As I did agree to the 14 day trial, I was not given proper information to follow up on my agreement, no way of knowing billing cycle of when something was automatically being taken from my account, no confirmation that something was being taken from my account, and no receipt. I will take what I can get back at this point.

This company charge me 79.92 dollars for a subscription that I didn't want. They said I didn't cancel in 14 days.
The problem started today 11/19/17 when I checked my bank account. I ordered it on 10/29/17 I didn't get the order till 11/14/17. I paid with my credit card approximately 6 dollars. My order number is *** model number is ***.

I accept their because they return my refunded like I ask. Even though they gave me a hard time, I appreciate them giving my money because I was going to be late on pills. They should put the 14 day trail in bold and bigger font.

unauthorized withdraw from my checking account for 79.98 and 79.95.
Was sent a free trial of 2 products Forskolin, and Garcinia,on 11/3/2017. Then on the 11/18/2017 this company used my card without authorization, withdrew 79.98 and 79.95. I didn't know till I checked my account. I called Trim Genesis 11/18/2017, and stated I hadn't ordered this and wanted a complete refund. Representative stated I had signed a statement that I wanted to continue receiving product and refused refund. I did not sign anything, also didn't received any paper work with free trial stating I would be charged automatically for this amount, I told representative that I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com, also take my card off their files. I soon received an email stating cancellation. I live on a fixed income and this 160.00 dollars they stoled from me is unbelievable. I just want other people not to be fooled by this company its just terrible.

Before customers commit to the 14 day free trial, they are required to read the terms and conditions clearly explaining that if they do not cancel their trial within 14 days of the order, they will be charged for the full product price and will remain enrolled on a monthly subscription to receive product, until they cancel.
Customers are required to check the T&C's box, confirming that they have read & agreed to Terms & Conditions, before a purchase is permitted. The company's websites contain fully compliant and explicit terms & conditions on all pages & footer links of websites.
Customer service phone numbers & emails are provided on product labels; they are also provided on their credit card statement transactions. A emailed confirmation receipt containing Customer Service phone number & email are also provided, after each purchase. This ensures customers can always reach a live agent via multiple channels & sources of that info provided.

We understand that our customers sometimes miss the terms which is why we have several avenues (customer service number, email, consistent responses to formal complaints) in order provide resolutions to all our customers. We hope this additional information will leave our customer feeling satisfied and we ask that this complaint be closed as well, thank you.

Bait/Switch. I agreed to purchase Garcinia Cambogia for $4.99 and instead I was charged $79.95 for Forskolin which I never received. Fighting refund.
On 7/14/17, I responded to a posting on FaceBook to try Garcinia Cambogia for $4.99. Immediately I received a call from a TrimGenesis company representative trying to talk me into adding Forskolin to my order. Within minutes, I received notification from my credit card company that I had been charged $79.95. I called immediately to cancel. The sales rep talked me into letting the original order process so I conceded. Then 2 weeks later, the $79.95 charge showed up again, so I called my credit card company and they put a block on this charge and warned me to look for this company to try using a different corporate name to run the charge again. Sure enough, KMD Garcinia showed up again. I have spent hours trying to dispute this charge for a product I have never received. I have the emails to and from TrimGenesis and now fighting with my credit card company to reverse this charge. To rub salt in the wound, I tried using the Garcinia Cambogia dietary supplement that I did receive and it gives me headaches. I am willing to absorb the $4.99 for my stupidity but not $79.95.

The customer called us on 07/14/2017 and requested that we void the order of Forskolin so we voided the charge of $4.99 and the subscription for the Forskolin was cancelled. The trial for the Garcinia expired on 07/28/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original order on 07/28/2017: $79.95 for the Garcinia.

The customer contacted our email support on 07/29/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. We also attempted to call the customer to resolve the issue but were unsuccessful and did not receive further contact from our customer. Unfortunately on 10/16/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with a refund, we appreciate your understanding.

Unauthorized subscription and charges to credit card
I ordered a free trial of Garcinia Cambodia and Forskolin (charged for shipping) on 10/14/2017. The terms and conditions indicated a 14 day trial but did not expressly mention that the 14 day period started on the date of order not the day of receipt. I did not receive the orders until October 18 and October 19. I attempted to cancel and receive a refund on October 30 and was denied. In addition, the customer service reps were belligerent and refused to refund me, or to even show me a copy of the terms and conditions (which were no longer available on their website). I was charged on 10/30/2017 79.98 for the Forskolin and 79.95 for the Garcinia Cambodia.

Refund of unauthorized 79.95 and 79.98 charges on credit card

According to our records, the customer ordered our Garcinia and Forskolin supplements on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/14/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95. The trial expired on 10/28/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/28/2017: $79.98 for the Forskolin and $79.95 for the Garcinia.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 10/30/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 10/28/2017: $79.98 for the Forskolin and $79.95 for the Garcinia for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Called to question charges on credit card statement. Was told they don't refund & no supervisor to talk to. She canceled my account & hung up on me.

Called to question two charges on my credit card statement. One for $79.95 & one for $79.98. Was told that I should have read the terms as I stated that I did in my order. Asked to talk to a supervisor & was told that there weren't any. She offered me 30% off then a free month's supply of each product, then offered me 50% off my next purchase. I said no, I just wanted the refund & she said they don't do that. She then said she would cancel my account. I asked to verify that I wasn't charged for another month. She said yes I was yesterday (10/10/2017). Then said your account is cancelled & good bye & hung up on me. The whole call took 12 minutes. I just tried calling back & was on hold 27 minutes without talking to anybody. They also obviously have some kind of call back tracking in place. I would like to be refunded for both the September & October charges as there was no way for be to call before receiving my credit card statement today.I would like to be refunded the $319.86 in charges that I have accrued as a result of their shady & rude business practices.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the charges that have be placed on my credit card. (79.95x2)+(79.98x2) one of each charge in September & October. That is a total of $319.86.

However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 10/10/2017: $84.97 for the Forskolin and $84.90 for the Garcinia for any misunderstanding when placing the order.
