My husband and I had Trimm Landscape come out last year to install around $worth of plants in our backyardWe were given a one year warranty on the plantsWe had only two plants that we needed to be replaced this yearI contacted the company prior to the one year warranty deadline to ask if the dead plants could be replacedI called and emailed and so did my husbandWe kept being told that they would come out to replace themThe owner was even informed of this and months later we still have dead plantsSuch a disappointmentI feel like they only have time for you if you are spending a lot of money otherwise you are not important enough Oh well! Plenty of other landscaping businesses in Birmingham to give our business too
