Trimont Appliance Repair

I understand this experience was not an example of the quality customer service we promise to maintain. I tried to maintain continuity with the homeowner while things were sorted with Trimont and the warranty companyWe had no access to the warranty company's work order portal and we were no longer a service provider for the warranty company. I totally dropped the communication ball, but I must stress the point, When we were not hired by the homeowner and is no longer under contract with the company that dispatched usWe are no longer responsible for the completion of the jobSomething we definitely should have explained to the homeownerIt was our understanding any jobs we had opened with the company would be transferred to another company and the homeowner would have been notifiedI do apologize for the headache and wish I'd personally handled this betterWith that being said, what would the homeowner like for Trimont to do to make the right?

Trimont has been out of contract with the homeowner's warranty company since October All open work orders should have been cancelled and reassignedAll work orders and updates are done online through the warranty company's work order portalWe do not have access to the portal anymore have

I am rejecting this response because:
If this business was not contracted by our warranty company since October 2017, my concerns are even more serious.  Tony J[redacted] did, in fact, accept a request for repair from our warranty company in October 2017 and showed up at our home to supposedly complete the repair on November 10, 2017.  He also told us that his repair was guaranteed for 90 days.  Yet after multiple attempts were made to contact him and let him know that the dishwasher still wasn’t working, he chose not to respond at all.  Attached are copies of texts sent between myself and Tony J[redacted] regarding this repair.
