I had a horrible experience with Trimworks this year while attempting to get my irrigation system winterized. We paid for a deal in **13 for them to come out and check our irrigation system and we needed a $** part that was installed for us and they would come back in **14 to winterize our irrigation system. When winter came around, my husband called multiple times trying to get an estimation of the time they were coming out. He was told, "The guys are in Nixa right now so they should be there by the end of the week." Well the end of the week came and went and they did not show. After he called again, the lady on the phone was very hostile and stating that it is not a big deal and they will get there as soon as they can and to stop worrying about it. After another few days of the Trimworks team still not showing up, I called and the same hostile lady answered the phone. It was the middle of November and our first snow was expected that weekend with temperatures below freezing for at least 7 days. I wanted to know why there were not here yet if she had been telling my husband for the last 2 weeks that it should be any day now. She told me in the rudest way possible that the earliest they could make it was a week later. I told her to forget it and just give us a re-imbursement for the winterization part of the deal. She then stated, "Fine, but good luck trying to find anyone to come out and do it sooner than we would." This lady on the phone has NO customer service skills and was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I called a different company 10 minutes after I got off the phone with Trimworks and had a guy scheduled to come out the very next day. They were so kind and finally put my worries to rest. No frozen and expensive busted pipes for us! I would highly recommend NOT using this company!! I rarely leave reviews for companies, (good or bad) and I felt a strong need to make it known how I was treated as a paying customer with legitimate concerns.
