I've been doing business with this company for over 20 years. Extremely rude. Attempted to charge my relative in Trinidad. Not only did they handle that mistake poorly but they were extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to on the phone. Ended up getting hung up on. Find a shipping company that actually cares about its customers, avoid this company like the plague.
