being the owner, I would like to refund the $20.00 to the customer.

Review: On February **, 2014; I purchased a Aloo pie with Pumpkin from the above store. I gave the cashier $20.00 and she insisted that is was only $10.00. I refused the change and the item and spoke to the owner **who promised to have her son who works at night investigate the matter once he has seen the tape.As I am a Flight Attendant and left for a four day trip to Italy, I called the manager upon my return to the US. [redacted]'s son has refused to answer my calls and has yet to return my call.I would like to file an official complaint and ask for my money because as to date I have not received my money back from the store.Thanks for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like money that is being withheld by this store. They have not returned my money and I never received any merchandise/food.
