Review: ordered an item online with "rush service" paid for. after a week without the order being shipped, I contacted the company multiple times through email and phone messages. After no response of any form I am filing this complaint. This company owes me the price I paid for "rush service"Desired Settlement: that I be contacted by a representative and they explain their inaction and lack of customer service.

Review: I purchased a product from their website, it said delivery within 2 days, the order was placed on 6/4/14, order #[redacted] for an airsoft pellet gun. They have taken my funds and they have not shipped the product as of yet, it has now been 13 days, they do not respond to emails, they do not respond to notices sent by fax, they do not answer their phones.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered if they can not provide that item then at this point they can send an upgraded model at no additional charge.

Review: I placed an order on February 6th and I was informed that it would be shipped the very next day (Friday). By Monday, I did not receive a shipping invoice, so I proceeded to call Trinity for two weeks so that I could expedite the process, but their phone rang off the hook and their voice mail was full at every extension. I emailed every one of their branches and every one of my emails were rejected by the server. It is absolutely impossible to contact this company. Now they have my money and my shipment and There's no way for me to even ask for a refund. I ordered purposefully to receive my shipment by the 11th, but now it's the 17th and I'm losing hope of even getting my money back, let alone the shipment. Trinity guaranteed shipment next day which is the reason I ordered from them. I guess what they really meant was "We'll take your money and ignore your phone calls and emails."Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered and I do not want to be charged for shipping. I also want to be able to contact the business via email, phone, or website, and I wish that they would honor their guarantees. Especially after they have the customer's money in their hands.

Review: I ordered an airsoft smg (sub-machine-gun) for my son. Trinity's website indicates rapid shipping and product availability. After 3-5 days (past their estimated ship time), and my order still showing a status of "pending", I decided to cancel my order and find the product elsewhere. My sole reason for ordering from Trinity, was that they indicated the unit was both in stock and would ship rapidly. I followed all instructions for cancellation as stated in their policy. In addition, a tried multiple times to contact them via phone and email to confirm cancellation. That was 30 days ago and they never returned a call, replied to an email or responded to the ticket I generated in their "ticket-system." So today, I get a shipping notification and my bank account is now over-drawn because Trinity charged my card rather than cancelling my order. I have emailed them at least 10 times, called twice that many times and exhausted all attempts to proactively solve the problem-- and they still stuck it to me. In addition, be causes they actually have indicated that the product shipped, my credit card company cannot even start a dispute with them until I receive the item and then ship it back to Trinity with tracking and delivery confirmation. At that point, the credit card company will reach out to Trinity to try and resolve the dispute. Of course, if you look at the other complaints filed against Trinity, neither the complainant, nor the Revdex.com have ever gotten a response from the company. It seems like that is Trinity's M.O.Desired Settlement: I'd expect an apology

I'd expect a refund in full.

I'd expect a reimbursement for the shipping that I'll have to pay to get the product back to them.

Based on what I've seen here, I'll count myself lucky if my credit card company credits the money back to me because I don't expect Trinity to do anything nor the Revdex.com.

Review: I had ordered a product on 7/16/2013 at 7:59:32 AM. The product I ordered was a KWA KMP9R in Dark Earth color. The guarantee on Trinity's website states that any order placed before 1PM EST will be shipped the same day. This product was not shipped until 3:20 PM on 7/18/13. This is the first but not only violation made. When the product arrived, I opened the box to find that I had been shipped the wrong item entirely. I had received a KWA KMP9, a different model, in Black coloring. This was not only the wrong item, but the wrong color as well. I attempted to contact Trinity Airsoft by their listed phone number for several days, submitted several help tickets online via their website's instructions, and emailed them repeatedly at [email protected] per the instructions on the website. Not only did I not receive any word from Trinity (and still have not), attempts to contact the owner directly, as well as the VP of the company directly, were met with ignored phone calls and no call back. Currently, the company has charged me $200.36 for a product I did not order, and then has failed to assist me at returning or exchanging this item. Needless to say, I am very upset about this. Not only is the lack of customer service appalling, the downright disregard for guarantees clearly in place on their website (shipping time) is inexcusable.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered to be shipped to my residence at their cost. I do not wish to exchange the product for the one I have already received, as they express a two week return period to contact them in, during which point I made daily calls and numerous emails / help tickets in an attempt to do so. Obviously, those attempts went unanswered.

Review: I ordered a gun case from Trinity Airsoft online and paid by credit card. The next day I log in to check on it and find it still hadn't shipped (because their site bragged about how quickly they deliver). No big deal. However, I then see that the product I had ordered was now showing as "Out Of Stock" . I emailed them to verify if I had, perhaps, purchased the last one or if it was on backorder and see if they could give me some answers. I never got a reply back from the email, so I decided to call. The phone rang and rang and finally got an automated message that said "mailbox is full". I tried calling at least 15 times throughout the day for THREE days and no answer. I see that the charge is showing on my credit card as still a pending transaction. I don t know if this company went out of business, if it's a scam, or if it's run by a couple of 12 year old's. Come to find out, there are a number of complaints posted on the Revdex.com website about this company.Desired Settlement: I want my order at the price my credit card was charged. If your site claims to have faster shipping than any other company, then prove it! If your company went out of business or having issues that you can't provide your service any longer TAKE DOWN THE SITE! I want someone from Trinity Airsoft to address my order and my complaint!
