We take complaints very seriously in our office as you can see by the reflection of our Business profile with the Revdex.comAs far as *** ***s complaint ; she is stating that this is a scamOn 10/24/*** *** physically went into a brick and mortar loan company witch
does business under the name of The *** ***She had taken out a loan with them and under the terms and conditions of the loan agreement i.eContract, she was to pay them back in full on her next payday via an ACH draft from her checking account she provided to them ending in *** with *** *** ***She defaulted on the loan agreement and failed to pay back the loan with The *** *** since 2013, now over two years later and after she knowingly defaulted on the loan she had made arrangements on 10/16/to take care of her delinquent account with The *** *** original account number ***She set up a payment arrangement on the balance owed $511.00, and broke it up into two payments $on 10/23/and the remaining $on 11/05/When she made her first payment of the $she received a confirmation number for the transaction which is ***We then sent her a correspondence that contained all information pertaining to the lender, the original account number, the remaining balance owed, the payment that was made along with the confirmation number, our office name, address, our main office number which is the ###-###-####, and our company fax number which is the ###-###-####So as far as this being a scam the only scam that has occurred is that yet again a lender (The *** ***) granted a loan to a supposedly good candidate and come to find out they should not have been granted the loan due to the fact that they will do anything to try to not pay their debtsThe ###-###-#### is payment processing, and once her payment ran as declined c/c lost she was then contacted and stated she is not paying the remaining balanceAs far as the refund on the $that will not be granted by our company since this is a valid debt and company call recordings have *** *** agreeing to and setting up the arrangementSo if *** *** would like to satisfy her valid debt with The *** *** she can contact the office at ###-###-#### and would have to do so before 11/20/as this will be sent back to the lender for further collectionsAgain we take complaints very serious in our office so if there is anything we can do to get this rectified in a timely fashion let us know thank you

Business spoke with the consumer on the day of the complaint  was filed, the consumer was contacting someone in their office's direct line who was out of the office. Consumer has received contact and is all set.
