We paid $for a pair of gauntlets (armor) from Trinity Arms on Feb 22, We were informed at time of purchase that the wait-time for product was to months (June or July) By September, we had not received our order and initiated a request for a refund Trinity Arms confirmed they would provide a refund It is now November 8, and we do not have either the item we ordered, or the refund
