They never gave me a price for the car I was interested in or any price for that matter,on the the phone I was told I needed no money down after I explained my situation that's even quoted in the add I received in the mail Long story short never found out the price of a car and needed a ridiculous down payment this place is a scam but claim to be Christian based what a shame

I had a wonderful buying experience. The salesman was absolutely amazing! I didn't have good credit but I have a wonderful job that I make a lot more money than I used to. They went out on a limb for me to finance me which was very much appreciated. The car I originally came to purchase I wasn't approved for with the amount of money I was willing to put down. But Mr. C[redacted] let me find a car that I liked and was less expensive. And as he promised, I was approved. When I bought the car it was dark and icy. The very next day we had a huge ice storm! It took up to 5 days for the snow and ice to clear the roads so I took the car to a car wash to discover that there was a big paint defect on the front passenger door. The Sales Manager offered to fix the car after a $500 deductible. I wasn't happy with that. So the bad evens out with the good. I would purchase from them again but in the daylight when I can fully inspect the vehicle. Not a bad company but I didn't feel the deductible was fair.

I recommend that no one use this dealership. The owner and employees are not trustworthy. They will try and get over if you are not aware about what it takes to buy a car. They quoted me a price on Tuesday and I was approved, came back they were asking for an additional 3,500 and I was trading in a car.

Bob is the worst one by far and he's the financial manager..

My experience at Trinity Auto-motives was by far the best experience I have ever had on a car lot. They promised to get me into a vehicle and they did just that! A little down payment went a long way. I would recommend this company to friends, family, and even strangers. Hospitality and low down payments just can't be beat! I would also like to give Mr. Butch B[redacted] a special thanks because he made sure the transition was as smooth as possible and got me into a ride ASAP. Thanks Trinity Auto!

they start by not telling you the selling price of the car, even though you have seen the price online, they change the selling price to a higher price, they tell you you are financed, then they come back and tell you that you were not approved and they are going to try another financing source, and of course that finance or source is going to have a higher payment at higher interest rate. those are the first two of several lies that you are going to hear. the things that you request to be repaired on the car before you make the deal, they agree to fix them and give you a we owe list, which they have no intentions of honoring nor do they honor it. Reverend [redacted] the owner, [redacted] the salesman, and [redacted] in financing, they are the biggest liars and crooks you will ever find. do not buy a car from this dealership.
