I talked to the customer in the middle of October and yes I told the that we would be out on October We had an issue with a truck breaking down that day and yes I forgot to follow up and reschedule with the customer I did not see a call from the customer on October or I would have called them back as I had done in the past We will have the new boxes installed by this Friday December 2,
