I am rejecting this response because: Thank you Revdex.com for your facilitation with Trinity Bell GardensBut I notification from "Waterchase Gardens" dated 11/7/informing me of the rent increase effective 2/23/When dropping off my December rent I saw Mrs *** and mentioned to her that I indeed received the rate increase and would be looking for some othet place to liveMrs *** said to me verbally let me get with corporate and see what we can do about thatA second written notice from Waterchase dated 01/26/was received with terms for a lower price increase that mentioned in pertinent part that their rates were "of current market"This second notice was followed up with an email from Mrs *** wanting me to stayBut again I mentioned to her the place is too expensive and that I needed to stay within " a budget".Having said all this I've decided not to burden Revdex.com with this petty "he said, she said" but to settle this matter in courtI have retained a Lawyer to aid me in settling this matter with Trinity Bell GardensThank you again Revdex.com for your efforts

Good day Ms***, Our records indicate the last correspondence was on February 22, were *** emailed you indicating that you be going month to month for you did not provide a notice to vacate and or renewal signing. You were further informed by *** in the email that you would have to provide us a written day notice to vacate for you indicated in the email that you would be moving by the end of the month. *** stated that you our aware that you must submit a day notice and pay through the days and your reply was OK? You also indicated in the email that you were pleased with moving to Waterchase and *** made your move very easy from Colorado. You failed to provide the required day notice and did not attempt to pay, therefore you were charged the fee associated with not compling with the lease agreement. Thank you for understanding the terms of the lease you signed.

I am rejecting this response because: Mrs [redacted] the Assistant Residence Manager who also lives onsite was notified in person as well as via email well im advance. The signing of a 6 month lease and moving after that 6 months is fulfilled should imply no intentions to stay. I think the decision to charge me a fee was based solely ln their high vacacy rate (10 of 78 units vacant) and the number of multiple families moving during the time I vacated the property. A pretty poor professional act if I may say.
