I purchased three tickets on 10/1/13 thru [redacted] for Trinity Business Group to attend a [redacted] concert in Atlanta and show was cancelled.I purchased three tickets on 10/1/13 thru [redacted] for Trinity Business Group to attend a [redacted] concert in Atlanta at [redacted] located at [redacted], Atlanta, GA [redacted]. The concert was cancelled at the last minute. I received an email at 2:41 pm indicating that the concert was cancelled. I feel that this was last minute as I had driven over three hours to attend the concert and not to find out about cancellation until after I was already in Atlanta. This was not professional and then the fact that I still have not received my refund is more disappointing. I sure hope this company is not scheeming to get money from people and then cancelling to gain profits. I pray that this gets resolved as soon as possible.Desired SettlementI would like to receive my full refund od $64.47 back from the company because I did not get to attend the concert due to it being cancelled at the day of the event.

This company failed to issue me a refund for the [redacted] concert in Atlanta Ga that was cancelled. I have tried contacting them multiple times.I purchased tickets online for the Oct 12 concert using my pay pal account on Oct 11.My order number is [redacted].The amount of the ticket was 21.49. I was notified via email on Oct 12 that the event was cancelled and that I would be issued a refund. I still have not recieved anything.
