Trinity has attempted to resolve the problem two times in the past, and after the most recent unsuccessful attempt has been totally uncommunicative.We have attempted communication with Trinity Climate Control through office numbers and cell phones for both [redacted] and [redacted]. Since we have not been able to talk with someone at any of those numbers we have left multiple voicemails with no response on Trinity's part. Our attempts to communicate with were in reference to a new Rheem HeatPump system installed in part by your company in 5 Sept 2012 and 20 Dec 2013. Since Installation there have been numerous service calls needed for this system specifically due to a problem with the TXV part. Currently that part has been described as not working or becoming blocked causing the system to work at 25% capacity by [redacted](a Trinity Technician). Previous to his last visit, this same part had been serviced and/or replaced two other times. This part was installed into our new system originally by [redacted] (Another Trinity Technician). This broken part, which was not repaired during the most recent service call, is now affecting the functionality of other parts also installed by Trinity during other service calls.The Equipment under Consideration is: HeatPump Condensor Unit Rheem [redacted] S/N:XXXXXXXXXX Air Handler: Rheem [redacted] S/N:WXXXXXXXXXDesired SettlementThe broken system should be replaced or refunded as determined by continuing investigation.Business Response /[redacted]/we have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and have resolved the matter. Consumer Response /[redacted]/The contractor has begun to communicate again. They came out and diagnosed a problem with the previously replaced TXV valve, and have replaced it again. Based on communications with the part vendor, it seems like this may be a known issue, and this new part is a different design. At the moment everything seems to be working, but do to the delayed install it hasn't and won't be hot much again till next spring.I am not thrilled with the current resolution, but it is as good as it can get for now.

I am not satisfied with Trinity Controls and [redacted]. One of them need to replace my ac.Sir, my problem is I have a proble with my ac. [redacted] called Triniy Control. They contacted me and we set up a meeting date. Came out amnd said I needed compacitors because they were bad. AC still didnt work. Called them to come back out then Trinity said I need a compressor. Called them again came out and messed with wires left and AC still would not work. Called [redacted] talked to them and they said to send them out again would cost 75.00 for service charge. Remind you I paid 75.00 before. I am still having a problem with my ac. Weather went down and I didnt use it. Got upset with them and I went over to [redacted] Warranty. Came out yesterday and the guy said I needed a compressor. Theyy called me today and said they were not going to take care of it because it had not been that long since I got [redacted]. Now I am wondering how long is the warranty on my compressor and why do I have to pay to hget a new one. I feel like [redacted] (Trinty Control) has jerked me atound so that it is somebodys fault on their behalf. I am not satisfied with the service that was given to me. My question is why is my ac still not working?/////Desired SettlementSir, I am seeking a new compressor that the guy said I needed. For [redacted] to send the guy back and replace it./////

The problem with my air conditioning was originally diagnosed but I have received no communication about repairing it after leaving multiple messages.I go through a home warranty company so I am a bit limited in the local businesses that can repair my HVAC unit. I have already worked with another company for a couple of months this summer and had two parts replaced on the unit. I was very happy to work with Trinity at first because they called me right away to set up an appointment. The tech was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained that it appears the two previous parts that were replaced were not the actual cause of my air conditioning problems but there was a third part that needed to be replaced instead. This part needed to be ordered, which was fine, and I was supposed to be called to set up an appointment when the part came in.After about a week when I hadn't heard anything I called simply to check on the progress of the part. I was not able to get through to anyone. I continued to call over the next couple of days until someone answered on 8/21. I was told by the manager that they had lost the front desk employee which is why I had a difficult time getting through. According to him the part had been received but they needed to call the vendor to ensure it was in fact the right part. He explained he would call me back the next day. I didn't hear anything on 8/22 and no one answered the phone when I called.I proceeded to call back every day from that next Monday through the end of the week on Friday. I sometimes left voice mails and sent two emails. Still I did not receive a response. Finally when I called yesterday, 9/2, someone answered the phone. She advised me this was her first day on the job which is likely why I was not able to get in touch with someone. She said she would find out what was going on and someone would call me back later in the day. I received no call.I called again today, 9/3, and was told by the same person that the message to call me was given to her boss and he should have called. She assured me I would receive a call back today. This business is listed as closing at 5pm, it is now 6pm and I still have not heard anything.I am aware that things can happen outside of a business' control such as losing employees or waiting to receive parts. My problem here is that I am not receiving any communication. Even without a front desk person it seems excessive that you have been contracted to fix something, promised to call back, and then just not respond to communication for over a week. It is even more frustrating that I now know the messages are being passed along to the manager and there is still no sense of urgency or pride in good customer service. I do not make it common practice to contact the Revdex.com but I see that this company advertises this affiliation on their website and I feel that I am currently out of options.Desired SettlementI want someone to come and replace the faulty part in the air conditioning unit. I would like for the manager to communicate with me as promised and set up an appointment within a reasonable time frame.Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/Consumer called to say she is satisfied with the resolution.
