My sister and I stayed at the Homestead House in Willoughby for two nights, November 10th and 11th, We secured the room with my credit card and when we arrived, tried to use a $gift card that I believed Bed and Breakfast.com had advertised Homestead House would accept as payment The innkeeper said we would need to pay an additional $for the room if we used a gift card ($fee per $100) so we declined and each used a credit card insteadWhen I returned to the Columbus area, I checked the website a second time and yes, gift cards were posted as accepted by Homestead House I contacted Bed and Breakfast.com who told me I needed to take it up with the innkeeper AND that she was NOT permitted to charge an extra $for accepting the gift card I have never received a response from the innkeeper and my request was sent (via email) approximately a month ago Bed and Breakfast.com has told me she will not accept the gift card and issue credits to our account and they can
