At this time, I have been contacted directly by Trinity Development Group, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Their response was not satisfactory for the reason stated belowThe Feb**, update below has already been posted to the Revdex.com as an amendment to the original complaint Update to Complaint, Feb**, 2015On Feb*, we received our first communication from the business since filing the complaint with NY Revdex.comThe business offered us a ‘settlement’‘ of $2,000, from the original $4,deposit we paid, if we signed a releaseThe business wanted to keep the other $2,000, claiming that it was the value of the work they didWe notified the business on Feb [redacted] that we rejected this offer, given the work was inconsistent with our request and had no value to us, and we wanted the full $4,returned We further stated that the business had not made any claim on the remaining $2,deposit, and we required that they return it to us by the end of Feb [redacted] We did not hear from the business before the dateOn Feb**, the business again offered us $2,to end the matter, and we wrote back on the same day stating that we rejected this for the same reason as beforeWe informed the business that by withholding half the deposit, they were using money they had no claim over as a bargaining toolWe stated that they had no reason to hold the $2,000, which they had held for a month, and asked for it to be immediately returned, as part of our claim for the total $4,Update Status on Mar*, 2015Since our communication to the business on Feb***, we have no received no further communication or response of any kind In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
