To whom it may concern,After reading ***’s feedback and speaking with him the day we were notified of his complaint, I understand his frustrations. If I were he I would be as well. We pride ourselves on providing a positive customer experience from sale to completion of the project and
we failed. With basic communication on our part, much of the frustration and stress we caused him could have been avoided. I pledged that he would be the first on our list when our gutter installers return to work, which is usually the beginning to the middle of April(weather permitting) Also, we would provide him the level of communication and service we are known for through the rest of his project ***By the time we were notified via email on January 18th, of ***’s complaint with the Revdex.com and I spoke with him, we had already completed the siding weeks prior.*** Sincerely,Ted ***President Trinity Exteriors, Inc
