Trinity Exteriors, Inc. was wonderful to work with. I did not worry they wouldn't do a good job. They were helpful, answered all the questions I had.

I contacted Trinity Exteriors to inquire about having new siding put on my house. I met with a salesmen and he took the time to understand my situation and provide me with some much needed suggestions. The product selections including color and grade of materials were excellent. Based on the meeting, I decided to go with new vinyl siding, aluminum fascia and soffits, all of my windows and doors wrapped in aluminum and aluminum gutters. The end result was basically a 100% maintenance free home and all for a very affordable price. There was no pressure to do any of the additional work I ended up having done; rather it was good advice worth listening to. The job took about 3 days with clean-up and my yard was spotless each day when the crews left. The quality of the work and materials blew me away. I have a house that is 50+ years old that now looks brand new. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if the need arises.

They did a great job! There was some extra work needed that wasn't included in my initial quote, and the cost ended coming out a little higher then I expected, but for the most part all of this was understandable. And the finished product for our residing was great. Their communication and customer service was outstanding.

Trinity Exteriors performed an inspection and provided me with an estimate on the roof of a house I was planning to purchase. During the inspection very significant problems were noted. Because of their estimate I was able to know exactly what I would be getting into and ended up walking away. The staff was very friendly and thorough, and also got everything completed very quickly as there were deadlines involved. After an e-mail was sent to me with a report I received a phone call making sure I understood everything and had everything I needed. Working with Trinity was a great experience and I will call them again in the future with any roofing needs.

I just had my roof replaced on Tuesday by Trinity Exteriors. The work was phenomenal and the team was very professional throughout the entire process from start to finish. Ted, Miguel, and Mark went above and beyond my expectations and communicated with me at a top notch level. I have never received this exceptional level of service and I will definitely recommend Trinity Exteriors to anyone needing any of the services Trinity Exteriors has to offer.

Trinity Exteriors was great to work with! They took the time to meet with us to address what we were looking to accomplish with our roof replacement and all the concerns we had. They gave us multiple options of what we could do and it was great to see the price breakdown with each one. They took the time to get all of our questions answered and to go over all the quotes before we made a decision. They were great communicators with when the project got started and kept us in the loop the entire time. They called us we didn't have to call them. The project manager was great to work with and made the whole experience wonderful. The crew was amazing and completed the project within one day during hot humid conditions. The clean up was great and they took the time to get everything picked up and looking like it did when they got there that morning. Would highly recommend them!

Trinity was thorough in the installation of my storm damaged roof and gutters. Other companies re-roofed other houses in the neighborhood, but in my estimation Trinity did the best job based on the quality and professionalism of the roofing crew and the gutter installers. Every component of the job, including vent covers, gutter drip edges, eave edges, the painting of the furnace piping, the fabrication of the gutters to work in an enclosed area and the chimney flashing was extraordinary. I enjoy looking at the roof.

The experience we had with Trinity was positive. They were very knowledgeable and truthful with us on what they could or couldn't get covered by insurance. The job the roofers did was excellent quality, quick completion time and thorough cleanup!!! Trinity did a good job working with a difficult insurance company!!!

My husband and I were approached many times after storms in regards to potential storm damage. This time was different....and much much better. The first face of Trinity was a handsome young man with a friendly face and clearly knowledgeable about construction and the company he worked for, Trinity Exteriors. There was no pressure and we chatted for some time on my front porch. We decided to phone back and schedule an appointment....and Jake came out. Again, personable, knowledgeable, all good. Then came our Insurance Co. inspection which was scheduled for 7am! Trinity met our inspector to go over the damage - which was visible by the naked eye. Next we worked with Karen in Customer Service - enough cannot be said about her assistance through the process. She was always available for any questions. We had a project manager on site each day....subs were good workers with good attitudes. We did suffer a flat tire due to roofing nails....and Trinity reimbursed us for a new tire. I work in the remodeling business and was exceptionally pleased with how Trinity operated much as the business I work for does - with integrity.

Ted was great to work with and prompt at returning phone calls. Always willing to answer my questions and go the extra mile.
