Trinity met our inspector to go over the damage - which was visible by the naked eye Next we worked with Karen in Customer Service - enough cannot be said about her assistance through the process She was always available for any questions We had a project manager on site each day....subs were good workers with good attitudes We did suffer a flat tire due to roofing nails....and Trinity reimbursed us for a new tire I work in the remodeling business and was exceptionally pleased with how Trinity operated much as the business I work for does - with integrity
