final invoice was submitted for payment on that date, and the warranty for labor was 90 days from the date of completion.  Since then Trinity has been called out for various issues which were all minor in nature and not related to the installation or the performance of the unit, and went with no charge.  Since the warranty had expired approximately 1 year ago, Ms. [redacted] was told that there would be a trip and labor charge, which she did want to pay.  Accordingly, Trinity did not come to the house.  AS it turns out, the problem was a part which should have been covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and would not have been covered under the labor warranty anyway.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS[redacted].2980 S.
