Trinity Foundation Repair and Roofing

Like the previous review, we have a transferable lifetime warranty with Trinity Foundation...but they are based out of Houston, not the Dallas areaWe have been having foundation issues since April and can never get a call back from this company without putting up a fightThey have cancelled twice on us to come out to evaluate our issue We would get last minute calls stating the tech was out of townVery unprofessional and unorganizedMy husband had to take an entire day off work one dayWe were not happyOur brick work has separated from the roof and we have inof our attic being exposedOur house, now months later, is literally falling apartWe now have leaks throughout our propertyThis company is not Revdex.com accredited; yes on [redacted] ***, but all you do for that is pay money and your inI have never dealt with a company so unprofessional, unorganized, and misleadingI believe they use the "lifetime transferable warranty" to lure clients in because there is nothing lifetime about the companyThey seem more interested in investors and realtorsAlex the owner told me that he would not except a loan payment because of an incident where he did not receive the final payment since a job was not completeHe refused to talk to my loan officer who wanted to explain to him the correct way it worksSame as his current policy, half up front and half when job is completeI do not know about you, but I would not pay someone if they did not complete the job! He said that he will only except cash or credit cards...so if you are using a loan or other means to fix your foundation, move onHe does not careThere are better companies and people out thereOh, and don't try to call the owner Alex because guess what..he is out of town! I nearly died laughing when I was given that excuse againThe staff does not know how to use the mute button either, because I can always hear them discussing whether or not they wanted to talk to meGood luck
