On January 12, 2019 I hired you to do foundation repair on my property, and that was done and completed the same day while other contractors were working inside the house and I was trying to get material and supervise both parties. Unfortunately, right after the work was done, the toilet in the master bathroom flooded and we had to unclog it. I didn’t think much of the issue back then as there were many of us using that bathroom. Right after I moved to the house in January 31 2019, about five days later, I used the washing machine, and here I see all the water coming up out of the guest toilet and bathtub, then the standing shower, tub and toilet in the master bathroom. It was a mess, smell, dirt and human waste “Urine and Poop” filled the house. I had to evacuate the house until *** plumbing company came and found three bottles of water in my outside main pipe that blocked the water from draining and instead backing up to the house. This constant pressure cause the joint between my pipe and the city pipe to break and leak sewer into the front yard. As a result, I had to pay the plumbing company $4000 to fix the pipe which took two weeks of dirt and mess in my place. I believe these bottles of water came while Trinity Foundation Repair and Roofing company did the foundation work outside, as no one else ever worked in this area besides your workers, and three inspections were done on the house before purchasing it, two by the VA and one by a private company that didn’t report any slow draining or any back up. The company told me "do whatever you want". We are not going to compensate you for the damage that apparently caused by negligence to remove any bottles and debris, instead they threw it in my sewer line. I am filing a petition in Justice Court in Houston for that matter.
My 3 and a half years old had a fever and runny nose the same day she was exposed to all the sewer. It was in the sink, bath tub, showers and toilets. The floor was soiled. We had to "urinate" outside because it was a Friday night and nothing started until Monday morning by the plumbing company despite sending people unclog the line temporarily so we can use the bathroom. We had to leave the house. I called Trinity foundation repair the same day, and one person came and then they started to just tell me, the manager is not available will tell him to call you, until yesterday, they told me "do whatever you want". How would you prove it was our guys? I said because it happened right after your work. The house passed all three inspections as I got a VA loan being a veteran.
I am not asking the company to pay for any damage, I am asking them to cover for the sewer line and the cost, despite that, they are being very negligent and disrespectful.
I HAVE VIDEOS FROM THE PLUMBING COMPANY TO SHOW THE 3 BOTTLES OF WATER FOUND AND THE BILLING REPORT.

Hard to get ahold of the past year.

I've called this company a million plus times, no one answers. I'm having warranty issues and I'm sure I will get the same excuses the previous reviews received. I don't want to give this company NO STARS

This company does NOT hold true to their warranty. We purchased a house on the contingency that the seller purchase a lifetime foundation repair warranty. This was a necessary considering the house is surrounded by oak trees. Due to the heavy rain in Houston the foundation shifted, which we anticipated. We called trinity to come out, only to get a 1,600 quote to fix the foundation. When asked about the warrenty their representative said that it doesn’t cover NEW foundation repair. I sent them a copy of our warrenty which says: “ this warrenty is transferable to any future homeowners. Provided that no major structural or mechanical changes have been made to the home. Should any adjustments be needed in the future it will be at no coast to the homeowner. Trinity foundation is responsible for foundation alone. No other part of the structure interior or exterior is covered under this agreement.”
Trinity has stopped returning our calls and refuses to honor their warrenty.
