Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Trinity advised in their Revdex.com response that the fact that we received the wrong color shower tile and counter tops was the fault of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is advising that they gave us what Trinity ordered. Who is telling the truth? It is hard to tell. Regardless, during the same meeting where we discussed the floors, Trinity's owner advised that if I had a contractor come out to give an estimate on what it will cost to take out the counters and shower tile we do not want and install the style of shower tile and counters we actually ordered, they would reimburse me that amount. I contacted *** *** Improvement to have them give me an estimate on what it will cost to have the floors, counter tops, and shower tile taken out and replaced with the style we ordered as the owner of Trinity told me to do during our meeting. The total to complete these tasks came to $12,094.39. I sent this estimate to the owner of Trinity Homes on 5/24/17 but received no response. I sent it to him again on 5/30/17. He finally responded with phone call where he advised they will not pay me to correct their mistake. He said they would replace the counter tops so I agreed they could take the cost of replacing the counters (labor and material) off of the total of the estimate which would bring what they owe me down to $9574.92. This is what it would cost to have the floors and counters that we did not order or want removed and what we did order put in. Again he refused to pay. During our meeting in March, he told us to get the estimate on what it will cost to replace these things and he would pay us that amount. His refusal to pay did not come with a reason. He simply refusing to pay. This is unacceptable; as is the fact that workers from Trinity have only been to our home working for of the last days!During our conversation I advised the owner again of the many issues with our home. I further advised him of the poor quality of finishing work that has been done in the home with regards to the trim and crown molding that we paid extra forThe trim work has many nail holes and gaps in it. His response to this was that I had seen their model homes prior to my purchase. Well the fact is that their model homes’ finishing work is much better than the work that is done to their customers’ homesThey obviously wouldn’t throw a home together like our home with it’s many problems and then use it as a model to represent the type of work they do. If they would use our home with the many bulges in the vinyl, dormers that have huge gaps open to the outside that have been stuffed with spray foam and door wedges as a fix, poor trim work, doors that aren’t adjusted properly, floors that weren’t even, siding that isn’t installed properly, and the many other issues we have had with our home, any potential customers would run away and never look back My experience with Trinity thus far is that they intentionally misrepresent what they are selling, con people out of their hard earned money, and are incompetent at their jobs. After speaking with several contractors throughout the Clarksburg, WV area and personally talking to other individuals who have fallen victim to Trinity's practices I have learned that unfortunately this is the norm in how they do business. As a result I have had to record all phone conversations, meetings, document when and for how long Trinity representatives are at the home and what they do, and save all emails for any necessary future lawsuits/criminal trials that may arise should Trinity not get us in our home soon, or fail to pay us the money that they owe. I wish we had done a little more leg work and actually found individuals in the area who had dealt with this company or spoken with contractorsUnfortunately we were in a hurry to get things moving and were not thorough with checking on this company because of the many things we had going on with moving, expecting a baby, and selling our previous home. Had we done the leg work we should have done; we wouldn’t have ever used this companyEvery Trinity customer, contractor, and even some hardware store managers we have spoken to have had nothing but bad things to say about this business. On one occasion when I told a hardware store owner we were using Trinity Homes he told us to get out of the contract. We told him it was too late and he just shook his head and offered his condolences This speaks volumes and is all that you need to know about this company. In summary, Trinity needs to get things moving and get our home completed. The pace that they have set is unacceptable. We need to be in our home within the next couple of weeks and the $needs to be refunded to us

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Fat B Gon has not been honest with their responses which shows why I have an issue. I was told by their employee “***” that the laser will burn fat cells which means they can never come back in those areas once the laser treatment is done. The only thing I had to do was drink ounces of water a day and this was to flush the body. I asked about eating habits and exercise and I was told nothing had to change because the Laser does the work with burning the fat cellsThe company stated that I was seen out eating on several occasions eating fatty foods and that I had admitted to it. For one, I saw employees of the company in one restaurant one time and I was just finishing up so they would have no idea what I had consumed. I never spoke to an employee about my personal time or what I ate so I don’t understand why the company would say they asked me about it and I admitted to it. Just another statement. I am astonished that a company will go out of their way to make themselves look better. In fact, back in May I received a phone call from another employee asking me how my services were and if I wanted to come back for any other treatments (I found this odd since I had my complaint in with the Revdex.com already) so I thought I would engage in the conversation to see how it goes. Her first comment was “you were just seen here and we wanted to see if you were interested in other services”….so then I spent about minutes on the phone with her explaining that I was seen back in January and about my experienceShe apologized and offered to talk to the owner Larry about doing something about it and possibly bringing me in for another treatment at a discounted price and that it should have made a difference. (I have the record of the phone call)She also stated that *** was let go from the company…hence probably a reason for my problemsShe said she would get right back to me but I never heard back from herI feel the company was dishonest with the information about results, even if it’s considered a spa. I was lied to about how the Lypo Laser works and the results you will get. I was told you would see results in 1-months and then again 3-months and all just from the burning of the fat cells. I was told once you burn fat cells, they can’t come back in the same areas and that was the reason diet and exercise was never discussed by their staff. I was misinformed and the treatments were done by staff that were not properly trained

As owners of Trinity Homes we thought the issues with the upstairs floor had been resolved between the customer and our service department as reported to usPlumbing for the upstairs bath was completed during the build by C*** *omes and would need to be turned in to them for service workThe
basement door wall was submitted to C*** Homes also*** *** in our service department left a message for both customers on 10-11-to make arrangements to meet with them at the site to get all the issues resolved in a timely manner

The A/C for this customer is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20th, as per our HVAC contractorTrinity Homes has been in contact with the contractor several times since April 15, to get *** ***'s a/c installedWe sincerely apologize for the delay in the installation as we entrusted our
contractor to take care of the installation as they had told us they would do on several occasionsIf the installation is not complete on June 20th we will gladly refund the amount paid for the a/c in order for the customer to work with a HVAC contractor of their choice directly

This client was seen and evaluated for the lipo laser procedure. While she was an appropriate candidate, the procedure is geared towards fat loss, not weight loss and the client was informed of this. It is geared towards shaping, but compliance with all aspects is critical. Necessary and crucial...

with any such procedure is correction of diet and exercise, which this client did NOT do and in fact was seen by staff on several occasions at a local restaurant eating high fat and high sugar foods. She admitted to this when asked. NO fat loss or weight loss program will be successful if the client continues to follow poor eating habits and does not also exercise. All equipment is inspected regularly and was in full working order on the days of her procedures. She did have the recommended number of procedures, but failed to be compliant with the other components of the program to make it successful. All clients are informed of these needs and we never state or imply that success without lifestyle changes is possible. She also indicates that no medical testing was done and in fact, sent letters only to the medical practice from which Fat B Gon leases space. Her complaints relating to the medical aspects do not apply as our services are spa, not medical, services. Again, the patient was informed of this. While we do share space at a medical office, neither we nor our services are medical and we never state or imply that we are anything other than spa services. We regret that the client did not have the results that she desired, but also insist that personal accountability and responsibility, or lack thereof, is the reason for this client's sub-optimal results and as such, we cannot be held responsible. She received the services for which she contracted and utilized staff and equipment time. We continue to counsel clients that there is no magic bullet for fat loss and that our services are an adjunct to healthy lifestyle changes and when used in conjunction work quite well. We have been dealing with the person directly. At this time we are working on an agreement that would satisfy [redacted] at this time. Customer had over a year to research Trinity Homes as well as other retailers in our area. See notes below. Customer was also given a copy of our contractors license. Some of the issues this customer has is with [redacted] because it has to do with the structure and building of the home and not the set up. Trinity Homes has had employees at location at late as 6-2-17. We have had asked for names of unsatisfied customers several times from [redacted]. The only name he could give was for a customer that knowingly bought a home that was damaged on shipment from the factory and signed of on the damages and waiver of warranty. We have supporting documents for all notes below as well as signed specs and service requests to the factory. Even though a different license is needed for set up of a modular home, the materials, building and framework are the same as in a "manufactured home". Both are built in the same factory in most cases.  Trinity Homes has been in the business for 11 years. Our employees have prior experience with manufactured/modular homes as well as the subcontractor that was on site.  Please see key notes on process of customer buying home;*Customer first contacted Trinity Homes 9-21-15 (almost on year prior to proceeding with Trinity Homes)*Customer had to sale home in [redacted] and was waiting on job at FBI in WV*Customer stopped back in our Clarksburg location and looked at [redacted].
