[redacted] called us to inquire the price of BKF repair. Based on [redacted]'s description of level of leak (dripping), I quoted BKF KIT replacement, which is $150. I also mentioned that BKF Valve replacement would be $525. On 6/28/16, Technician found that entire BKF valve was needed to be replace (not KIT)....

The charge for BKF WATT DUAL CHECK SERIES installation was $525, with plumbing work and all parts & materials included.  I explained to [redacted], that $150 quote was for a "KIT", which is the part inside BKF Valve. I also confirmed price with [redacted] comp; BKF WATT  DUAL CHECK SERIES  Valve replacement was around $500, and $250 was to replace zone valves.

I did respond to the customer who filed complaint. As the same time, I did settle with the customer with the resolution he requested.                                              ...
