This Kisok in the mall is advertising 10k gold bracelets. We purchased one of these bracelets on 12-23-13. My husband went in to buy the bracelet and the sales associate told him the bracelet was 10k gold. So he had paid 150.00 cash for the bracelet. When he got it home it was to big so I took it to a jewerler and the jewerler stated they could not size the bracelet due to the fact the the bracelet was plated and when heat hit the plated gold it would bubble and come off. Therefore the bracelet was not 10k gold at all but gold plated. We took the bracelet back and the same sales associate was there. We asked for our money back o r a 10k gold bracelet in which she said she woould not give us our money back and they had no gold jewerly. She had scammed us out of 150.00 by selling plated gold jewerly as 10 k gold. There are also signs up (Handmade ) that state 10k gold. As well as there are no signs that state there are no refunds.
