I have a concrete tile roof that Presidential cleaned for me today. Addressing six years of accumulated weathering and dirt -- and some north side moldy areas -- made a mess. The roof looks GREAT, they washed walls and soffits and cleaned up the mess. I couldn't be more pleased and will be recommending the company to my neighbors.
