The owner, *** *** recently moved to the FtMyers area from the FtLauderdale area, but he still comes back to FtLauderdale to do screen and roof workI had him repair screens in the past and he did a decent job at a good priceHe also said that he repairs roofsI asked him to repair an aluminum/foam panel roof over my porch which was leakingHe quoted me approximately $300, and said that he would use roofing bohlI questioned this but he assured me it would workI explained that it was a difficult leakHe said he guaranteed it, that he keep coming back until it was fixed and that if he couldn't fix it he would give me my money backRight after the first rain I called and told him it was leaking as badly as before he did the workHe did not return my callsI emailed him and asked for his email address so I could send him a video of the leakHe emailed me back
