Trinity Property Management Reviews (2)

In late May of I was accosted by the complaintant in a public location to complain about a trivial issue reguarding his house that was built in the 1940sI have a file full of plumbing and contractor bills attesting to the condition of the assetI stated at that time it was best he obtain a
new property managerThe complaintant then proceeded to violate our property management agreement by failing to provide me with a day notice, taking the July rents from the tenant, failing to pay me my 10% as an greed upon feeNot willing to quibble over 10%, this is a small town and everyone knows the score, I have reimbursed the complaintant his $repair reserves, which he never mentioned in either letter, the tenants $security fee, and the $pet deposit

I am responding to your recent letter (dated August 17, 2016) regarding my prior complaint - ID *** - received by Revdex.com on August 4, 2016, in the matter of my seeking redress for professional "transgressions" inflicted by one *** ***, representing Trinity Property Management and Realty World Tri--Shasta:I was preparing a letter to Revdex.com to acknowledge that the matter had been settled with my receipt of a check in the amount of $1,- and to express my gratitude for your prompt resolution of my complaint! Upon receipt of this communication - I am, instead, rebutting Mr***'s bewildering "counter-complaint:"MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: "In late May of I was accosted by the complainant in a public location to complain about a trivial issue regarding his house that was built in the 1940sI have a file full of plumbing and contractor bills attesting to the condition of the assetI stated at that time it was best to obtain a new property managerThe complainant then proceeded to violate our property management agreement by failing to provide me with a day notice, taking the July rents from the tenant, failing to pay me the 10% as an agreed upon feeNot willing to quibble over 10% this is a small town and everyone knows the score, I have reimbursed the complainant his $repair reserves, which he never mentioned in either letter, the tenants $security fee, and a $pet deposit."Firstly, Mr***, as I could not endure Mr***'s misspellings, poor sentence structure and rambling statements and accusations - I corrected the numerous wrongly spelled words, while sincerely attempting make sense of his meritless, unfounded, complaints: a) The late May encounter with *** in that "public place" (which is a local tavern) was an accidental meeting where I happened to be in the establishment when Mr*** walked in: b) I did not "accost" him but when the gentleman who had accompanied me to lunch pointed Mr*** out as he walked in - I walked over to this man whom I had never before even met - and cordially introduced myself, asking if we could talk briefly about my Weaverville property and tenant: c) My issues were not "trivial" as they included a succession of very tardy reimbursements to me from Trinity Property Management, despite My tenant's having demonstrated to me that she had consistently paid her rent to TPM on time: Though I was annoyed by the very late reimbursements, I tried to resolve these things in a gentlemanly fashion, and I one could never characterize our conversation as me accosting this man who was, himself, very rude:Please note that there was never any contractual agreement between myself and *** *** so the statement by *** that I failed to provide him with a day notice and failed to pay him the "agreed-upon" 10% are ludicrous while negating what he said about him suggesting to me that I should "obtain a new property manger," it was the other way around as *** was becoming hostile and irrational making it impossible for us to reach an equitable conclusion to the issues:As the home on my property was (verifiably) built in the late 1950s - I have no idea why ***'s complaint states the 1940s or the meaning of what he implies with allegations of "a file full of plumbing and contractor bills," which I may or may not have incurred through the past years and would have long since paid off!In any case, if Mr*** wished to make a "counter complaint," why did he not do so in response to my original letter (copy enclosed)? Why did he satisfy my demand for monies owing by remitting the check I am happy to have received without first waging a defense to my allegations in the form of a rebuttal? None of the Message From Business you have submitted to me and to which I have herein responded, makes any legal sense! The matter was closed before Mr*** submitted the message!Mr***, I hope you are in agreement with my rebuttal and that you too, consider this mastter closed:Sincerest Appreciation,*** ***
