Trinity Protection Services, Incorporated

As a disabled Veteran just moving into my first home I must say Trinity is by far the most unprofessional, unpleasant, rude company and people to work with I have encountered my entire life. I was sold a home security system that was never installed properly, tech never returned to my home or attempted to complete the installation. After calling ADT for a refuned (they are a dealer) ADT stated they could not authorize a refund as ADT is the dealer. If that isn't enough to get you going. After attempting to speak to manager in the largo office location they were not helpful. I finally got a ahold of the "president" after numerous emails and he stated I would be refunded my deposit, all monthly installments and charges within 30days. That did not happen. Also ADT's email info on their website does not work, all emails get rejected, only email that works goes to [email protected]. So what is really going on here? Complete scam in my book, not taking care of customer and crooks. I will be doing everything to get my money back and letting the local community know to stay away.
