I have purchased three sets of exterior doors over several years. Never had a problem until the recent purchase of storm door. Minor mistakes were made during installation that the installer acknowledged he did and would correct. No problem. Several weeks passed and no one came back nor called. I called E W Nelson to find out when ne was returning. At first I got run around only when I responded that installer told me he would correct did they mail to my home the touch up paint . I called again when I received paint in mail, requested he come out again and asked about stripped screws. Long story short Kimberly no last name called my home. Told my husband our request to send someone out to replace screws and paint was ridiculous and she wasn't sending any of her guys out. "We got what we paid for". She made other rude remarks not knowing the answering machine had not clicked off. After this I called office. Someone did come to correct minor problems, but only after my insistence . The fact that I only did what the installer promised made my experience worse . I will not buy another door from Home Depot if I have to deal with the customer service of Kimberly no last name of E W Nelson. She is rude and condescending. It is not rediculous to expect service when you pay your money in good faith. E W Nelson installers are not the problem, their customer service is extremely poor. I am writing this review as Kimberly No Last Name stated "she could care less".
