during the re-roof project the contracto destroyed my gutters. They acknowlegded this no replacements/reoairs have been made or scheduled
gutter nails were apparently difficult ro remove resulting in the detruction of the gutter
replacement

Concerning the recent complaint about the destruction of my rain gutter system. The gutters were replaced by my contractor and billed to Trinity Roofing. The roofing company issued a check to me for the full amount of the gutter replacement costs.
I am currently monitoring the entire situation because my insurance company has advised me that Trinity Roofing has filed a suplimental claim in the amount of almost 7000.00. I want too know what the 7000 is for as nothing extra was done during the re-roof process.

Contracted with Trinity roofing and construction to put in a custom made hurricane rated sliding glass door on July 10,2018. Work began on or about Oct 8 they remover the window and cut out block to fit door. put up plastic and blue tarp to come back and put window in door had been delivered week before about 4 days later came back and proceeded to put the frame in they had to beat it to get the frame in then put the tapcons in they all were free spinning. they put the doors in there was a bow to the frame on right side. it fail inspection. next time they came out was Jan 11,2019 kept telling they had other jobs. they preyed the doors out bending the flange took foam out of frame put a1x something on left side of frame used longer tapcons failed inspection I think I have given Trinity enough time to fix this door 4 months I do not trust their work the bottom flanges of a brand new door are bent and beat back up there is a bow in the door frame do I wait another 4 month to get it done right ?
Other (requires explanation) Get some payment for cutting out block they did not clean up the mess so just one day pay that how long they were there for that.Paid $15000,00for the jobI should get a refund from the of $13000.00
This is a complete custom install we are removing window and creating a 3 panel sliding door. The install has taken longer than anyone expected. I met with Mr. Walker on January 24, 2019 before we even knew about this claim and saw the door install there are issues with the install. New parts have been ordered and all concerns will be addressed as soon as they arrive. I will continue to communicate with Mr. Walker to keep him informed.
After cutting the block Mr. Walker was paid $200 for the cleanup of the block. In addition, we have removed a hurricane shutters at which Mr. Walker was paid $ 250.00 to remove and Haul away.

They have addressed the problem will wait to see follow through on fixing the door. After the door is properly fixed I will be happy to give them an A rating

The replacement part are set to ship from manufacturer 2/20/19. As soon as they come in we will be out to resolve all the issues.
