I received a 2T top instead of the 4T that I orderedI emailed Trinity times and posted online they never responded and blocked me from instagram I placed an order on May 22, for a women's small tshirt and children's 4T shirtMy order number is ***The cost was The purchase was made on my visa card ending in *** I received the order on May 27, The child shirt was a 2TI immediately emailed Trinity Rose to rectify the problemI never received a response and subsequently emailed more times over the course of daysI also made contact through instagram because I always received quick responses in the pastTrinity Rose deleted my posts online and blocked me from contacting them

I love their collection I purchased my first set from them in August of and have purchased twice since then for my daughter and husbandThe shirts are really soft and they came within a week of me purchasingWill definitely be ordering my mothers day outfit from them?

Customer service is horribleI ordered four sets of t-shirts from the website trinityrosecollection.comAfter waiting about two weeks I contacted the company about my order and was issued a store credit because the tshirts were not availableI waited over a month and then reordered the t-shirts in NovemberIt is now january 15, and I have not received my order yetI have tried emailing the company over five times and they will not respond back........DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Please be aware of this "business"I received a completely incorrect order and after email attempts and several attempts to make contact to resolve my issue through social media (the owner was extremely fast and helpful on Instagram before I made a purchase) my comments were unanswered, and deleted and the owner actually blocked me from instagram instead of resolving my issueI have since read several complaints that sound identical to my experienceI feel like I was robbed, I will never trust an instagram shop againPlease use caution with this shop
