The warranty is useless because the warranty company Warrentech is contracting people like Trinity tv to do their warranty work

I had them come out for a warranty repair, could not find the source of the problem, so told me to call them if problem reoccurred Well, they never returned any of my calls and they warranty finally got in touch with them Then they failed to show up at the scheduled window of time and would not answer the phone Very unresponsive and certainly do no care to look after their customers I would avoid them at all cost, there are responsible companies out there, this is NOT one of them

This guy (---- -------) is a crook He took $from to order an part to fix an appliance and I have tried numerous times to call him and he won't call me backThere are a lot of complaints on here of him I recommend not to do business with him

I bought a tv from [redacted]'s tv with a warranty. Don't buy there!! The warranty is useless because the warranty company Warrentech is contracting people like Trinity tv to do their warranty work.

[redacted] from Trinity Television did a great job repairing our front load washing machine on a warranty covered service call. He came many miles and made the repair as quickly as possible. He had already used diagnostic information to prepurchase parts for service. It took over a week for him to finally get to us, but this compares favorably to other services who would quote a two-week waiting list.
