DOS 11/12/2014 Pt. called in regards to his balance on account. He said that he only has a physical and want it to be billed as such. I advised pt. that we do not run insurance for physical and it would be the $89... charge. I also advised pt. that our physicals do not includes labs/x-rays or procedures. It is my understanding that this has ben taking care of it shows in our system that this pt has already been refuned, I tried to contact patient to make sure, however I left a message and patient has never returned my call.

Review: On November 12 2014 I Trinidad Flores when in for a physical, I'm a kidney donor so I have to get a physical once a year I was specific to clerk that my visit was to get physical, my Blue Cross covers 1 physical per year,. Trinity Urgent Care refuses to help me resolve this issue I would appreciate if someone in your office can be of any assistance.Thank YouTrinidad FloresDesired Settlement: Trinity Urgent needs to correct billing so that Blue Cross can pay it
