Good Morning - *** *** and I were able to connect this morning and resolve his concernsIn speaking with *** ***, we discussed that the messages left for his key holders only described a "security-related situation" at his residenceWe did not disclose the fact that there was an
outstanding invoice for the serviceIt is a "security-related situation" because we terminate service to a home when there is a past-due balance and need to make the client aware of this before doing so.In speaking with *** ***, I apologized on behalf of our organization for any frustration, confusion, and/or anger caused by these messages and vowed to not leave such messages in the futureThe past-due invoice in question was for December I told *** *** that we would waive that invoice as an apology for his frustrationsHe was agreeable to this resolution and we will continue to do business together in the futureThank you for bringing this matter to my attention and I am happy that we were able to resolve the customer's concerns.Sincerely,Brendan A***

Hope all is wellI wanted to follwith you regarding complaint ID *** (*** ***)We were made aware of the customer’s complaint back in August and although we initially disagreed with the homeowner’s request to replace his blown speakers because they were well out of warranty, we eventually obliged the customer and provided him with a complete product replacement at no cost to himI attempted to call him today to discuss this but he was unavailable so I emailed him insteadI have attached his emailed response for your reference where he agrees that we have taken 100% care of his concerns and that he is back to being a very satisfied Trinity Wiring Solutions customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is very satisfactory to me.  I would like to add that the response from Trinity went above and beyond expectations.  I got a call very quickly that was different from the call I had gotten the day before and all concerns were addressed in full.  The gentleman who spoke with me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and we were able to discuss many things about the issue.  Again, he went above and beyond and I hope that this case will reflect the incredible response from Trinity.

Review: This security company tried to charge me reactivation fee for my service when I changed my home laneline. On the agreement, there is no such fee involved and actually I changed my home phone number 2 years ago and they did not charge this fee. Because I signed a 5 years agreement with them and they try to abuse the agreement. There is no reason for me to pay that fee since I did not leave their service at all and this is not on the agreement.Desired Settlement: Send the technician to activate my service with my current laneline number without charging me any fee. (I already pay their service for a full year)
