were received regarding hot water complaints.  All were promptly responded to in a timely manner.  We scheduled a plumber vendor to help with repairs and assessment of the issues found.  In addition to replacing the hot water supply line to the building. Numerous follow up phone calls and emails have been made to this resident regarding his hot water complaints, in an effort, to remain in constant contact while resolving his hot water complaints.         In consideration for any inconvenience during these repairs, we will agree to release the resident from his lease without any penalties with a written notice of the desired move out.
