It was good speaking with you earlier today concerning the above-referenced matter.  Thank you for taking my call.  As I mentioned, please know that undersigned represents The Park at San Antonio Homeowners Association, Inc., a Texas Non-Profit Corporation (hereinafter the “Association”)....

Trio Homeowners Association Management (hereinafter “Trio”), the subject of the complaint in the above-referenced matter, is the property management company hired by the Association to mange various daily functions of the Association, including the collection of past due maintenance assessments from owners, like .  Accordingly, all actions taken by Trio as it relates to were done at the request and on behalf of the Association. Trio, like myself, is simply an agente Association. In light of same, the Association has requested that I respond to complaint against their managing agent, Trio.First, as we discussed, this Complaint is a mirror image of a Complaint filed in March, 2017, in connection with the following matter:Complaint ID: [redacted]  v. Trio Homeowners Association ManagementI am attaching a copy of the response sent to the Revdex.com in connection with the earlier complaint for your review and information. As concerns the new Complaint, since the time the Complaint was lodged, the Complainant hired an attorney and has paid the debt disputed in the Complaint in full.  Accordingly, Trio, the Association, and my office consider this matter to be closed.   If you require any additional information from my office, please let me know.  If I do not hear from you, I will consider the matter closed. Very truly yours,[redacted]  cc: Trio       Association
