Trio Plumbing

First Trio Plumbing requred an on site reviw and would charge $just to do the review The plumber reviewed the "Closet" where the water heater is contained along with the furnace and A/C He measured and took pictures Was there approximately 5-minutesafter hours no response from the office manager in charge I had to call three times and after hourse I finally spoke with *** During the conversation it was apparent he didn't read or look at the review I was told they had to replace the pan the heater set in Then because he didn't review the paperwork from the plumber he told me Expansion tank was needed However this is a closet that won't accomodate this tank Therefore they now have another part to take care of that issueHe would have seen this in the photos the estimator didA date ws set to do the work and the plumber showed up to realize that the water heater replacement had been redesigned and was too wide (this is a warrantee replacement) So, either the framework would have to be removed or they could install a small one Going from gal to galThis was an extra $ There was total confusion, poor communications and poor serviceThe $was a total wasteNow I have two years left on the old water heater that goes to a new water heaterBefore the plumber left I asked if the temperature was set for energy effecient, "he saId it was set at that is to kill bacteriaI asked this question three times and got the same response I have since looked up in the internet to find out is the energy efficient temperature Total cost for a warrantee replacement and installation $

I hired *** for plumbing to install a water heater Will the plumber came and brought the water heater He installed the water heater and for the consumer it appeared right The HVAC people were there at the same time Will could not turn on the water heater because the HVAC people had not completed and to the consumer it appeared logical After he left the city of STLouis came The house inspector came Both failed the plumbing because Trio Plumber Will squashed a tubing, didn't repair it, squashed a copper tubing and then attempted to tape it instead of fix his error Didn't install the alum tubing to the HVAC system which he would have been able to do When calling the owner and manager they refused to come back and fix the problem Contacted lowes while HVAC and inspectors still there *** contacted the owner and the manager of Trio plumbing, they said no they won't fix the issues *** had the HVAC people fix the tubing copper that Will taped, install new alum tubing to HVAC system put on new bolts that Will stripped out and it was leaking gas with the city inspectors tool turned blue THis company is awfulThis company has failed to meet any business standard and *** has to pay the cost of someone else to fix their error or purposeful intent

Their customer service is terrible Their prices are unreasonably high They don't care if customers are happy If you have a problem with their service or charge, they will argue it with you instead of trying to make it right They rely on their "years in business" as an excuse to justify their actions They don't have your back, they just have their pocketbook I had a terribly upsetting experience with them and will never use them again
The two stars are only because the gentlemen who came was very polite, at first

The third time is the charm*** ** was able to install our Frigidaire dishwasher top mount using existing top mount that has been there since we built our house as we had ceramic tile counter top and remodeled quartz counter topNo side mount neededThe first dishwasher had a dinged door and second lost some bolts in a hard drop during transportation at some point which caused unit to smokeThird dishwasher was installed perfectly and *** ** was very professional for both installations and very knowledgeableWill call Trio plumming again if in need a reliable plummerThanks ***
