Review: I have used TriOrganics for Deer-control services for over 10 years, at a cost of approximately $100/month. Their deer repellent service has been highly effective. Approximately 3 months ago, I happened to be home and saw their service technician apply the deer spray. He was not very careful, did not adequately spray the plants and shrubs and left very quickly. I'm nor often home, but I was this time. I called to discuss the apparent shoddy job with customer service, but was told that time spent on the job was not the issue, rather it was the spray that was effective. Deer decimated my foundation plantings and ruined thosands of dollard of plants. The issue is not wether the deer repellent spray is effective, but rather being charged for shoddy and ineffective work.I've tried to resolve this with this company, but they tell me that there is no guarantee. My position is that this damage was caused by shoddy and ineffectual application, for which they are responsible, and which would not have happened if applied properly.Desired Settlement: I would like the foundation plantings replaced with plants of equivalent quality or receive monetary compensation sufficient to fully replace the plantings.

Because you and your property are very important to us, our team of trained professionals will work until you are satisfied, or refund the amount of your last application. To properly address any issues and guarantee satisfaction, we need to be notified with in 30 days from the service date." On 3/25/13 [redacted] called to complain about our application and some damage to his plantings. We resolved to credit him one application and he agreed that was fair. To go the extra mile we provided a free respray, refunded an application charge, and fertilized the damaged shrubs. On 4/17/13 & 4/24/13 [redacted] called to request us to replace all the plantings that had any damage. We explained our satisfaction guarantee and what we had done to fulfill that and even beyond. [redacted] responded that he will have to take this through legal channels.Not that it is relevant, but [redacted] paid on average less than $53 a month, not $100.Our Deer Damage Repellent applications are 95% effective at reducing deer damage for our customers. We never tell any customer that it is 100% guaranteed to stop any and all deer damage, as this is an unrealistic expectation. We stand by our services and always work with customers to provide the best possible outcome.
