Easy to use software with the bells and whistles that are needed to run a collection agency. The software backups all data which for us is a total piece of mind. The best part is we do not have an IT staff and that savings alone makes the software well worth it. I also like the fact that it is windows based and easy to train new collectors. The integration with credit reporting, skip tracing, and letter services makes everything run smooth.
