Product was ordered on December 13, 2019. Tracking number provided shows no updated shipping information. After contacting 'customer service? in regards to delay, they claim package is stuck in Chicago at the airport but no updated tracking.. It is now February 8 and after requesting proof of package being in Chicago, my emails and requests are being ignored. I've requested a refund numerous times and 'business? refuses until I return the item that they won't send me. They won't provide proof of shipment or why the package is stalled at airport.
