Travel agent refusing to cancel flight tickets if I don't make an additional payment of $as cancellation fee I booked a ticket from Seattle to Chennai India, for 8th Dec for me and my child through tripbeamMy circumstances changed and I can't make the trip nowI asked them to cancel the tickets, and they said there was a penelty of $per passenger for cancellationI checked on their website and this amount was not mentioned anywhere in their policyI agreed to the penaltyThen they asked me to make a payment of $to process the cancellationIf I don't pay this amount, they are not willing to cancel my ticket

First name and last name gets swapped by an agent and never confirmed with the customer and at the end blaming the customer for the mistake Never get confirmation from the customer for first name and last name and issued the Etihad Airlines tickets with switching first and last name for all return tickets and at the end asking customer to pay the penalty to correct the names for the mistake done by their agent

Tripbeam is a fraudulent websiteThe travel agents entice with great deals and once they run your credit they will trap you in the worst reservation
We booked our travel to delhi India with tripbeam recently over the phone for July The agents called us multiple times and assured us of the best price and for the dates we wanted and airports we wanted
You have to fax them the credit card copies, passport *** proof of address and lot of documents
After charging the credit card and confirming everything they call the next day that the date is not available and they will confirm for next day
Then thay call again that they could not confirm the flights from our airport and I have to add another local flight to new york
At this point you are trapped as you have paid and they have charges to make changes
They do not assign any seats
Later on I find out that they have booked my family on separate PNR numbers and therefore all seats are separateI called tripbeam b
