Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: of inaccuracies by Triple 6- I was not verbally abusive - I was upset - we had a risk of fire in our home as a result of this installation When I called, I believe it was Mike I spoke to was dismissive of my concerns.Triple did not at any time prior to the installation advise that they were not electricians My expectation is that if a vendor is installing an appliance that they can do so in compliance with electrical/plumbing standards This was not the case and had I known that Triple would not or could not install properly due to lack of knowledge, I would have selected another company to do the installation Triple has indicated that they only put back what was already in place and do not rerun electricalEven that was done poorly and is actually what was the cause of the heat damage and the smoldering we had in our home I have attached pictures that show the workmanship Two key problems:1) they did not secure the electrical lines to the box - [redacted] *** This has nothing to do with the how the electrical was run.2) they jammed the insulation on the wires into the box and this is what ultimately caused the fire heat damage to the box, as there was an improper connection So regardless of rerunning the electrical, the installation was sub standard at best and is the direct cause of the heat damage that necessitated the replacement of the electrical box** [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Triple 6 Mechanical Ltd. was contacted by [redacted] on August 3rd, 2016 for a dishwasher and fridge installation as well as to cap a 1/2” gas line in her kitchen.   After explaining our rates and company policy, Ms. [redacted]...

It was explained to her that someone was to be onsite for the installation and a credit card would be required prior to the work being booked.   [redacted] we made [redacted] arrangements with Ms. [redacted] for August 5th, 2016.   We installed the appliances and capped the gas line August 6th, 2016   In March 2017 when [redacted] called regarding the dishwasher, she mentioned that the existing power should have been reran during our visit, Mike informed her we are not electricians and that is not in our scope of work. We simply hook up the appliance to the existing power.    [redacted] was verbally abusive in both conversations with Mike and was unable to accept that we are not electricians nor were we represented as such.    Our company policy is a minimum one and a half hour service call. In this time, we installed her fridge, capped a gas line and installed a dishwasher. We believe this to be a fair amount and stand by our tradesmanship.   In the eight years Triple 6 Mechanical Ltd has been in business, we have never had a consumer complaint with the Revdex.com.
