I'm not quite sure what else can be done for [redacted]. I have given him every opportunity to resolve any issues that he has. He won't bring me the truck so I can fix it. He refused having me pay the other shop to fix it. I am not going to pay for new issues that he has with his truck due to increased power output. When you upgrade one thing, it puts more strain on the next thing. It's a snowball effect. I have gone above and beyond to try and help him and he is being stubborn. Once again, I do not offer a nationwide warranty.

Sorry for the delayed response. I have been trying to decipher the horrible grammar and lack of knowledge for the English language. None the less, I have spoken with [redacted] several times about the issues with which he is concerned and I have offered to look at, or fix, anything that I have already...

been paid to fix. He is concerned about his head gaskets being blown, which is something that I have not touched on his truck. I never addressed that concern because it was not an issue at the time of my repairs. He paid me for a performance transmission and a set of upgraded twin turbos. Neither of the repairs I have done to his truck are causing him an issue. He is concerned about 2 bell housing bolts missing from the transmission. I removed, rebuilt and reinstalled his transmission with the same hardware he brought it in with. The truck was missing these 2 bolts when it came in for repairs and have not caused him any issues being gone. Plain and simple, I do not offer a nationwide warranty! I offered to take personal time out of my weekend to purchase and install the 2 missing bolts one day when he was travelling to his parents house, but he refused. He refuses to bring me the truck to look at any of his issues. I then offered to pay the shop that he speaks of to install the 2 bolts of concern, but he refused. He refused receipts at the time the work was performed and now he demands that I give him detailed receipts, 3 months later. He is upset that he spent $5300 with me and his truck is not 100%. He actually never paid me the remaining $500 of his bill, but I gave him his truck anyway. His truck has a salvage title. He took it to the dealership to trade it in after my repairs and they still only offered him $8000! One last thing, if you had your vehicle repaired, went to pick it up and "nothing was fixed" would you pay for repairs anyway?! That doesn't even make any sense, but neither does much of what he tried to fathom up in that horrible display of our public education system. If the vehicle didn't have the turbos installed correctly, it wouldn't run. If the transmission wasn't installed correctly, it wouldn't drive. He drove it from Jacksonville, Florida all the way to Cherry Point, North Carolina where he is still driving it everyday currently. Sounds to me like it's doing great. He's upset that he had me install performance parts on a junk truck and then wants me to pay for repairs caused by the increased power output. Once again if it was not clear earlier, I do not offer a nationwide warranty even though I have tried to address his concerns.
