shop on June 17, We gave her an estimate for repairs to her vehicle in which she agreed upon the price and gave us the ok to begin repairsShe came to pay for and pick up the vehicle on June 22, She looked at the vehicle said everything was fine, got into the vehicle and leftShe came back later and spoke with *** *** (The Shop Owner) and told him that her mirror had fell of* told her that he would have his glass guy take a look at it to see if there was something he could do to fix it at no charge to herUpon looking at the mirror, the glass guy told *** that he could not fix it and that she would need to take it to the dealer, she said ok got in her car and left. About a week later we recieved a chargeback notification from our merchant company stating that *** *** was disputing the charge to her credit card in the amount of $Her reason for disputing the charge was that she made a mistake and thought the amount was for $and not $*** *** agreed upon and signed a contract with the amount showing as $and also a credit card reciept with the same amount of $There was no way *** *** could have made the mistake because she agreed upon the price on contract, which we gave her a copy of, and before we ran her credit card agiain we told the amount to be charged and she said okWe disputed the charge with our credit card compnay and provided them proof of documents.After that we recievd an email from *** *** saying that she took the vehicle to the dealer and that they charged her $to replace the mirror and that we were responsibleIt turns out that was the real reason she disputed the charges and lied about it to the credit card company in order to get her money backWe explained to her that we did not touch the mirror and we were not responsible for her mirror falling offThe mirror fell off after she picked the vehicle from our shop and while it was in her possesion giving more proof that we were not resposibleHad the vehicle been in our possesion or if we were responsible we would have notified *** *** and taken care of the damagesWe even tried to help her out with the situation by having our glass guy come out and take a look at itHad she come and talk to us we would have tried to have worked it out with her but Instead she took matters in to her own hands*** *** also never showed us proof that she had the mirror replaced from the dealer.*** *** even went as far as threatining us to go on social media and leave false accusations and remarks, which she did do. *** *** was recomeneded to us by *** at British & European, we've been doing business with *** for many years and have never had any issues with him or his customers*** *** is trying to blame us for something that is not our fault and for something that happened while the car was in her possesionIts unfortunate what happened to *** ***'s vehicle but we are not taking the blame as we feel we are not resonsibleIf you or anyone has questions please feel free to contact *** or ***Thank You*** ***Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The statements reported by Triple A Auto Body are false.   They broke my mirror while my car was in their custody.   I disputed the charge because of the damage they did to my car.  I never said I thought the charge was $407.  They continue to lie to try and manipulate the situation. I did not leave lies on social media, nor did I threaten them with this. I told them if they continued to be dishonest I would have no choice but to alert other customers of their dishonesty and damage they did to my car.  Everything I have reported is true and I stand by my original complaint. They continue to lie which continues to show their integrity as a business.
