Triple A Construction

June 29th enter into an agreement with Triple A Construction for replacement of my inground Pool Liner. 1st liner that was installed was not the correct size and large wrinkles where left in the corners of the pool. Several attempts where made to fix the wrinkles when I final asked if this was the right liner and they stated the manufacture messed up and provide the wrong liner. A second liner was brought out it was worst than the 1st liner. After many heated discusses with the owner I agreed to let a 3rd party company review the work and if they agreed the liner was wrong I would get my money back in full. This agreement was made and I have the text messages to proven this fact. The liner was determined to be wrong and I was promised my money back. I have been patiently waiting but continue to wait for my full refund. I paid them as they requested and I expect the same in return. this has cost untold aggravation and possible damage to my unfinish pool.
