Triple-A Emergency Locksmith

On April 3, 2013 a locksmith from this company responded to my call to this business to rekey two doors and a security door. The locksmith told me he could not rekey and I needed to purchase new knobs and deadbolts. He charged me $450.00 to replace the knobs and deadbolts. As he was working on the side door, he damaged the door by exposing the wood from the protective outer sleeve. He proceeded to remedy this by drilling screws into the door, leaving the wood still exposed. On April 25th, the [redacted] on the security door failed and prevented my son from opening the door until he exited from the side door and removed the [redacted] from the security door. I paid for defectice products and have a damaged door.
