we run a limited crew during overnight hours, wait times are long in some cases we call our clients prior to dispatching the van according to the dispatcher on duty, we were really busy and the phone call wasn't answered so we put the trip to the back of the linewhich means the wait time is considerableeven if the client calls back minutes later we have already called the next client to confirm We provide trips a day for dialysis, hospitals etcwork trips, I wish we could provide faster pickups but we serve a large area were sorry for there long wait time,

I recently read a negative review of Heartland Management from October Heartland managed my property in Indianapolis from 2007- During that period I spoke with Richard at least once per month and usually a lot more I have never found him to be anything but courteous, helpful and friendly His attitude managing my property was as if it was his own Whenever there was an issue with my house he would take care of it promptlyI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heartland to anyone

On the evening of October 11, I called Heartland Property Management to inquire about a property situated on the borderline of Carmel, INMy call was answered by "Richard," who immediately projected a terse tone toward me the moment I stated my name while in the midst of introducing myselfAfter stating my interest and the location of the home, Richard abruptly cut me off demanding to know what I "thought" the home was going for, details of my budget, and other informationI was completely caught off guard by the negativity of his attitude toward meIn fact, I could barely respond without him cutting me off or speaking over me entirelyRichard was apologetically rude, assumptive, and it was painfully obvious that his tolerance for anyone similar to me was extremely lowAt some point, I interjected clarifying that I would not disclose such personal details to him and that his rudeness toward me was unacceptableHe curtly responded that he "only deals with millionaires on a daily basis," while making his position clear - that he did not have time to deal with someone of the likes of meBased on the brevity of our conversation, I would find it extremely difficult to believe that he has not spoken to or treated others like me with the same outright disrespectFor anyone considering contacting this company for information, service, or otherwise, please consider my unfortunate experience with Richard as a clear warningIf you have already contacted Heartland Property Management and experienced the same obvious intolerance, please let me knowI am extremely curious to know of anyone else who has also been dealt with the same way as I was this evening or had their inquiries blatantly ignored by Richard or other staff of this property management company

We provide 500 trips a day for dialysis, hospitals etc... work trips, I wish we could provide faster pickups but we serve a large area.
