Worst Company Everrrrr
After 2 months our driveway is still too soft to park on. We now have dents where our tires rested. I sent them pictures of the damage and talked several times to the men who did the job but nobody has come or replied to my emails. This company is a scam, con artists, they take your money and disappear. Don't trust them...ever... I didn't even want to give them a 'one star' but I couldn't submit my review unless I did. They aren't even worth a one star..

This company does not provide quality workThe work that was completed began to fall apart and after countless phone calls and conversations with multiple employees including the owner the job is still incompleteThe owner promised to "make it right" and come back out and fix the job that fell apart just months after it was initially laidWhen I first contacted this company who was referred to me by a friend they were very responsive and friendlyOnce the job was complete my phone calls and voicemail message went un-answered and it seemed impossible to get a hold of anyone at the business numberThis company does not stand by their word and I would not recommend using this company for any paving needs

Review: I contracted with Triple A for services that were guaranteed for one year and work was to be completed to customer satisfaction 100%. I was not satisfied and was told Triple A would return and address my concerns. The sidewalk was not level, my decorateive stones were used as edgers and covered in cement, no borders were created beforehand and cement ran onto my grass and driveway, the porch cement coat was uneven and debrie was not removed. Triple A set up dates to return to complete repairs to my satisfaction and never showed on 2 pre-arranged dates. I had the repairs done by someone else. Triple A agreed by email to a partial refund of $775. They have not refunded the money. I have sent them a letter stating that late fees and interest would accrue.Desired Settlement: Since Triple A stated in writing that they would send me a refund by September 30, 2013, then revised the date to October 12, I would like a refund of $775 plus $25 late fee and interest of 6% from October 1. Triple A agreed to these terms, but I still have not received a refund.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Triple A Paving & Seal Coating regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have sent Triple A Paving another email asking for our agreed-upon payment and have not received a response.

Review: Before the driveway installation, we met him several times and were told that he would make a curb/edge or drainage on a side of the driveway to lead rainwater down to the public road. However, after completion of the work, we noticed that he did not place either option. We complained about it right away, and he said that he guarantee that it should be no problem without them based on his 20-year career in this job. But on the first rainy day after installation of the driveway, we found that all rainwater was drained into our front yard making a big puddle, not into the public road, due to inaccurate leveling. We e-mailed him several times, and were told he would return to address our concerns, but he never showed up. Before the payment, he had responded quickly to all our e-mails and showed up on time. The problem has been left without any fixation that is warranted in the contract for two months after our first e-mail asking him to fix it.Desired Settlement: Fix the existing problem by triple A paving or the repair is done by third party and triple A paving pays the cost.

This company does not provide quality work. The work that was completed began to fall apart and after countless phone calls and conversations with multiple employees including the owner the job is still incomplete. The owner promised to "make it right" and come back out and fix the job that fell apart just 2 months after it was initially laid. When I first contacted this company who was referred to me by a friend they were very responsive and friendly. Once the job was complete my phone calls and voicemail message went un-answered and it seemed impossible to get a hold of anyone at the business number. This company does not stand by their word and I would not recommend using this company for any paving needs.

Review: Triple-A resurfaced my existing driveway (summer 2013). Upon completion flaws were noted in the surface that Triple-A indicated they would fix. The work was never initiated. Contact was made by Triple-A in the fall regarding possible sealing of the driveway and it was pointed out the flaws remained untouched. Triple-A indicated they would fix the flaws and seal my driveway for free as added compensation. A contract was not written; this work was to be completed for free but was never initiated. With recent heavy rains (summer 2014) I have noticed water seepage into my basement near where the driveway meets the concrete garage apron. This seepage appears to be a result of the driveway surface being higher than the apron. Water pools on the apron and leaks through a crack between the driveway and the apron. Triple-A had indicated in their estimate that they would dig out and lower the existing surface where the asphalt and apron meet. This work does not appear to have been done. The asphalt material itself appears to be flaking away; which was noted by the Triple-A representative when he offered to seal my driveway as compensation. Since the work was never initiated this circumstance has only worsened. In addition, at the other end of the driveway, the surface has begun to crack and break away where the asphalt meets a concrete sidewalk. I am extremely dissatisfied with the workmanship as well as the response by Triple-A with the above mentioned issues. I have attempted contact but the phone number given to me only goes to voicemail and messages go unreturned.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a functional driveway with a surface that does not flake away, is not cracked where it meets the public walkway and is not higher than the garage apron thus creating a situation where water enters my house. I am totally dissatisfied with the workmanship of this company and their response to my concerns. I am not confident this company can effectively respond to my concerns. I believe the driveway can be repaired before too much additional damage occurs (but not by Triple-A)
