The following is Triple "A" Pumping & Jetting, Inc(TAP) response to the above ID #,On July 19, at 10:05am TAP office received a phone call from *** of *** LLC requesting service at his property located at *** ** ** *** *** ***Our dispatcher, *** *** asked what kind of service was
needed*** stated that his center's tenants were experiencing drain line back-ups and his Grease Interceptor was over flowing into the parking lot and he needed someone out today.*** found the closest truck and crew and dispatched thern and arrived on-site at 10:are for which *** was very impressed with how quickly we got thereSo much so ***went into *** *** and paid for Cokes and told the technicians that when they were finished to go in and get the Cokes he had paid for, *** informed our lead technician *** that he was needed at his other business and to go into *** *** for signatureCashier *** *** signed the work order as instructed by her boss the restaurants ownerAt no time did technician ***, who has been with TAP for years, tell *** that they would be done in minutes.(A) As for ***'s claim that TAP was only on-site for 30-40-minutes this is falseIt would beimpossible to evacuate 3,gallons of waste water and Hydrojet the main drain line in minutesAnd to prove it to be please find attached the spreadsheet from the GPS unit mounted in the truckThis GPS unit is required, it is the LAW, by the California Department of Food & Agriculture and in fact we were there for hour and minutes.(B) And it is not only the hour and minutes we were there but the hour and minutes todrive to *** ***, Fountain Valley which is the site of Orange County Sanitation District the disposal site for the 3,gallons of waste waterThis was needed so the truck could start it's scheduled route the next day,With regards to the charges, we normally charge *** $every months to clean his 1,gallon Interceptor, HOWEVER this was not a jobThe center's Main line was blocked which caused Sanitary water to back up and into the Grease interceptor which caused the other business's drain lines to back upAfter vacuuming out the Grease interceptor and all of the water buildup from the blockage we had 3,gallons not the 1,$414,00.To clear the problem of drain line blockage Hydrojetting was needed $225.00.*** stated he had to have the work done today necessitating us to pull two technicians off of their scheduled route Sfor a total of S824.00.*** called and stated he would only pay the normat $*** was told he would need to pay the full amount*** ther said he wanted to speak with the owner which I called him the next dayAfter a very lengthy phone conversation agreed to remove the $ER charge for which *** agreed to.That same morning TAP e-mailed a revised invoice to *** LLC for SShortly after *** called wanted to know why we e-mailed the new invoice so quickly because he had not had a chance to get his wife ***'s ok.After several e-mails and phone conversations between our office administrator, *** and ***'s wife *** trying to negotiate our charges down and she would only pay the $and no more.When I was told of the outcornel instructed *** to notify *** to please find another service provider and we would be sending our involce to collections.Thru my inquires have discovered that TAP is not the only company that *** & *** have hired to perform work and then for some reason in the end try to renegotiate or find fault in work beformed and not want to pay at all.*** ***, Owner & President
